“what are you wearing? why are wearing that color?”
“why? what’s wrong with what I’m wearing?”
“You look like your mid life-ing. That’s what women who are mid life-ing wear.”
daughter says the same thing. their idea of moms’s colors “white, blue, beige, brown and black”
Bambalicious: hay naku! that’s the only thing I can say. I go thru a lot of scrutiny before I can go out!
If that is midlife-ing, then by God, give me midlife-ing!
TPS: my daughter thinks my jeans was too bright for a 50+ y.o.! hahaha!
i get such questions from the hubby and not from the kids. but really, i also wonder why i am into pinks/fuchsia/mauves/ since about two years ago. this year i am turning 60! yayayay!
We don’t know each other, but I’m a fan of your blog. You look great and beautiful for your age. I love the bright color of your pants.
Much light, love and blessings.
i am a midlifer & if you ask me what the color of midlife is, my reply will be, “eh di RAINBOW!” i am so glad hubby & my 13 year old don’t give me sh*t about how i dress – skinnies, studs, piled on accessories, leather whatever. in fact, proud pa yung anak ko kasi “HIP” nga daw ang mommy niya and i look much younger than her classmates’ moms that are much younger than me, almost 8-10 years my junior! aah, ain’t midlife grand? 😉
