I haven’t done a “what’s on my face” post in a long time! I kinda miss doing this post. I guess it’s about time to do one now ‘cos I have a few products to try on.

So, let’s get on with it!

As you all know I love the Infallible Pro-matte foundation of L’Oreal. I can’t stop raving about it! Actually, it’s the first product that I have tried and instantly love.

It usually take a few try’s for me to like or dislike a product. But this one, wooooh! I loved it on my first try.

I used it again today.

L’Oreal Infallible Pro Matte Foundation

And here’s what’s on my face!

Let’s start with:

Kay Von D Shade & Light Eye Contour Palette

I used Sytry (the one where the arrow is pointing) to contour my eyes. I have very hooded eyes and I need to contour it to create a shadow to lift my eyelids a little. I applied it at the outer part of my eyes up to my crease.

Lorac Pro  Contour Palette

I used Medium Contour on my cheeks, sides of my nose, on the sides of my forehead, temple and all over my jawline. Contouring is a tricky step to do. You need to blend it well for it to look natural. Otherwise there will be stripes all over your face. And you need to know the points where your face need to be contoured.

Too Faced Chocolate Bar

This is one of my older eye palettes that I love. Aside from the chocolate scent, I love how buttery and pigmented it is.

I used Cherry Cordial on the outer part of my eyes and my outer crease. And to intensify the color I used Triple Fudge. I also used both colors on my upper lash line and on my lower lash line.

Bobbi Brown Bronzing Powder in Natural 1

I used this on top of the points where I contoured to warm my face. On the side of my cheeks, forehead and jawline. I also swiped lightly on the apple of my cheeks to put a little color since I didn’t put blush.

This may look dark but when applied it is just enough to warm my face.

Ben Nye Translucent Powder

I’ve had this for a long time already and it still looks like I haven’t use it at all! I use this to set my under eye concealer.

I have lots of setting powders but somehow I always reach for this all the time.

It’s just light, makes my concealer last long and it doesn’t crease. I am very careful with setting powders ’cause some powders crease.

Andalou Naturals Floral Toner & Andalou Naturals spf 30 Facial Serum

I use Andalou Naturals Floral Toner as a facial spray mist. After applying my make up I spray this all over my face. This is another life changing product!

It makes my face glow, dewy and luminous.

This is one product I can’t live without. To say the very least.

Andalou Naturals spf Facial Serum is my sunblock.

Bourjois Dark Khol Mascara

I picked this up in Sasa Hongkong. I was so thrilled that I found a Bourjois counter there. Bourjois is one drugstore brand that I like.

This mascara is okay. Nothing to rave about. It’s volumizing but I need a lengthening mascara.

Koji Eyelash Curler

My favorite eyelash curler. I even like it better than Shu uemura. My friend Roxanne was the one who introduced me to this.

You can get this in Sasa Hongkong.

Catrice Eyebrow Stylist in 040 Let me brown. Laura Mercier Gel Brow Definer in Soft

I used Catrice eyebrow pencil to line and shape my eyebrows I have been using this since early this year and I really like it.

Bad news is the Catrice counter in Watson’s ran out of this shade and they haven’t re stock.

Laura Mercier Gel Eye brow definer. I use this to shade my eyebrows.

Wet n’ Wild Megalast Liquid Lip Color in High Pitched Wine

I love liquid lipsticks! It’s the in thing now. But the brands that I like are not available here in Manila. ughhhh.

The brands of liquid lipsticks I like are: Too faced Melted Long Wear Lipsticks, Kat Von D Liquid Lipstick, Anastacia Bevery Hills Liquid Lipsticks and Dose of Colors Matte Liquid Lipsticks.

Liquid lipsticks are usually long wearing and it dries matte which I like.

The Body Shop Lightening Touch

I bought this sometime last year and just used it once or twice and never looked at it again. Two weeks ago I rediscovered it and I have been using it non stop!

I use this as a highlighter. I apply it on top of my cheek bone, at the tip of my nose and on my chin.

NARS Eye Primer

I have been using this for a couple of days now. And I like it. I can’t say that it’s going to be my holy grail eye primer but it serves it’s purpose.

It dries powdery, it stop my eye make up from creasing and it also make my eye make up last long.

I am still hunting for the best eye primer. The hunt never ends!

And the end result:

I enjoyed my afternoon with Claudia today. We had lunch in Nanten at the Manila Polo Club. Vinny couldn’t join us because he went to the National Museum with his girlfriend.
