Some friends are asking me how I stack my necklaces. Does it have a story or I just wear any necklaces I have and stack it. Well, I do both. There are times that I just wear whatever I like. Or I wear to promote our new necklaces. But there are also days that I stack my necklaces that has a story. I mean each necklace has a story behind it.

Like these necklaces that I’m wearing every day these past few days. Each necklace has a story.

The first one with letter C (C for Claudia). This necklace was the very first necklace that my goldsmith made for me when I opened Willow Jewelry. My goldsmith asked me if I have any particular necklace design that I wanted, so I asked him to make this.

I saw Katie Holmes wearing the same necklace (hers was letter S for her daughter Suri). And I really love the idea. So, when my goldsmith asked me, this design was the first thing I thought of.

The second necklace. I bought this in Jerusalem when we toured the Holy Land back in 2005 or 06 (I can’t remember). There was a jewelry shop inside our hotel and they were selling all kinds of cross necklaces. All the necklaces there were all beautiful and in different sizes. On our last day, I decided to buy one and this is the one that I chose. It’s so small and dainty and I like the chain. It’s so thin. If you look closely the cross in the middle is white gold and has some tiny diamonds on it.

The third necklace, is St. Therese. This was given to me by my MIL when Claudia was still a baby. I love this. St. Therese is one of my favorite Saints. The back of this necklace is an engraved rose flower (St. Therese is called The Little flower). I always remember this necklace during Christmas time because St. Therese (at the age of 14) entered the convent on Christmas eve 1886. This was the time she had a conversion that changed her life.
