Yesterday, my good friend Carlo Lorenzana (owner of La Cabrera Manila) invited me and Claudia (and some influencers and media people) to a sumptuous lunch in La Cabrera Manila, to try their new dishes they are coming out next week. Made by their new Filipino chef, Chef Jonathan, who they sent to Buenos Aires for 3 weeks to train under Chef Gaston (the executive chef of La Cabrera Buenos Aires).

This is the only blogger’s event that I go to. I normally don’t go to any blogger’s events. Oh, wait. I only go to 2 blogger’s events La Cabrera Manila and Smart. Smart because of my good friend Tina Mariano (VP of Smart).

The night before Carlo texted me to come to the lunch hungry. oh uh. I know how it is already. La Cabrera Manila usually feed us up to the roof. This is the first time Claudia went with me. So, I told her in advance what to expect so she won’t get shocked.

Like always we had so much fun. And like always the food was great.

First to come out was:

Camembert con Chutney de Manzana

Followed by:

Provoleta con Panchetta y Albahaca

Milanesa de Pollo (chicken Milanesa)

Pamploma de Pollo (chicken Pamplona)

This is one of their new dishes. They will serve this starting next week.

Then we changed from white to red wine when the meat was served.
